Mayfield APM Germany is an independent Asset manager focusing on the field of office, light Industrial and partly retail. Since 2007 we are active in Germany and working nationwide.

André Grützmacher
André has been a Managing Partner for Mayfield since 2007. Previously, he worked as a senior asset manager in the real estate sector for the exclusive German service provider of the US Lone Star Fund, Hudson Advisors Germany, and for leading national and renowned international brokerage houses. He started his career in Frankfurt in 1992.
