Who we are
Mayfield APM Germany is an independent Asset and Investment manager focusing on the field of office, light Industrial and partly retail. Since 2007 we are active in Germany and working nationwide.
What we do
As an specialist for optimization and repositioning of real estate and take on strategic asset management for individual properties and portfolios, both for our own projects and for third parties. We have built up over the years a remarkable track record. We act as entrepreneur which sharpens our actions Our processes are slim and efficient.
André Grützmacher
André has been a Managing Partner for Mayfield since 2007. Previously, he worked as a senior asset manager in the real estate sector for the exclusive German service provider of the US Lone Star Fund, Hudson Advisors Germany, and for leading national and renowned international brokerage houses. He started his career in Frankfurt in 1992.
